Cotton Plant,
Miss.Dear Sir:-
I haven't got room for the pet deer I have, and you mentioned that you would like to buy the same, also I want to make a garden in my yard, and therefore want to sell him. I will sell the deer for $50.00, and if this price is agreeable, send me a crate and I will ship him to you at once. Please let me hear from you by return mail and oblige.Yours truly
John Blackwood
Handwritten instructions from Paul Rainey:
Dear John
